Terms of Sale
Made to Order
Each knife is commissioned individually. Production begins the week your order is placed. Estimated lead time is six to eight weeks, occasionally extending in summer when humidity slows the lacquering of the saya.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any duties or import taxes applied at destination.
Returns
Unused knives may be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. We do not accept returns of knives that have been cut with.
Warranty
Against defects in materials and workmanship, for the life of the knife. Sharpening, patina, and the natural darkening of the walnut handle are not defects.
